Exciting New Exhibit Opens in May!

Please plan to attend the opening reception for the Sunny 16s new show: “Photographing the Elkhorn Heritage Trail”, May 10 through May 27. The opening reception is May 10, noon to 4 pm. Gallery hours are Tuesdays through Saturdays, noon to 4 pm and by appointment. Call Barbara at 502-863-0909.

These hardy photography buffs have been out tromping up and down the creek banks in all seasons, in all kinds of weather, to get the best shots of Scott County’s much loved Elkhorn Creek and its environs. The Sunny 16s have joined the local effort to promote completion of the walking trail system which has been underway for several years.

The Scott County Arts Consortium is glad to support this effort with the exhibit at the Arts & Cultural Center, situated on the banks of the Royal Springs Creek which flows into the Elkhorn, and is a part of the proposed trail system.
